Why is Detailing important?
Detailing is important so that your motorcycle will maintain its value. A properly cared motorcycle will have a higher appraisal value and a higher selling value. Detailing also allows you to keep up with the minor maintenance issue's that may become a big problem down the road. Nobody ever complains about a clean, working bike.
What is involved in Detailing a Motorcycle?
Detailing a motorcycle is a lot different than detailing a car, truck or boat. There are parts that are visible and extremely hard to reach, let alone clean.
There is no "SPRAY 'N WASH" magic bottle used here.
Why should Crazy Chrome Detail my bike?
Well, Crazy Chrome has spent countless hours detailing motorcycles. It takes knowledge, experience, time and patience. I have lots of pride in wanting to make your ride look its best. Depending on how well a bike has been cared for, I will deliver it to you in the absolute best condition for that bike. Crazy Chrome is committed to spend what it takes to have it in showroom or show quality condition. Allow me to spend the quality time on your bike.
How long and how much does it cost to detail my bike?
At Crazy Chrome, I charge per bike and not per hour. It all depends on what kind of bike it is. At Crazy Chrome the average time spent on a bike is 5-6 hours. Some take longer, which does not reflect the price.
What is the difference between the "QUICK SPIT" and the "CRAZY CHROME"
detailing packages?
With the "QUICK SPIT" package it involves the motorcycle being hand washed and dried.
With the "CRAZY CHROME" package it involves a detailed hand wash, drying and detailed hand wax.
Does Crazy Chrome use a Power Wash?
Crazy Chrome does not use Power washers during the detailing stage. There are situations that a Power wash may be used, but caution is taken into consideration. Once your off-road bike or ATV has had its initial Crazy Chrome blessing, there may never be a use of a power wash again.
Why is proper storage so important?
When the winter arrives, the snow, salt and the cold just don't mix with a motorcycle. Having to put a tarp over a parked motorcycle in your garage sounds safe, actually it's not. First thing is that the tarp holds moisture which means that some parts may get rusty. If your fuel tank isn't full and treated with a fuel stabilizer, you get moisture build up and may contaminate the inner part of your tank.
Do you have summer storage for Snowmobiles?
Yes, there is no need to have your snowmobile one hour away at the summer cottage, at the side of your home, or in the garage just taking up space with tools, shovels, Jerry gas cans, & children toys around or on top of your snow toy. Worried about someone stealing it? Let Crazy Chrome look after it.
What are the Crazy Chrome storage benefits?
The benefits of having a secure, monitored and heated facility allows my clients to have that peace of mind and much needed space in the winter months. When Spring arrives, all you have to do is RIDE IT. **Due to the high demand, Crazy Chrome is in the process of having a larger facility that will accommodate a higher number of bikes.
I am interested in winter storage, but I have more than one bike. Is there a discount?
Crazy Chrome does offer a discounted price for multiple bike owners. Call for pricing.
